• Any content being uploaded and accessible on the Platform or that is violative of the rights of any person who has not consented to such information being displayed on the Platform, We shall be entitled to remove such information/block public access to such information either temporarily or permanently.

• Access to Your Account. You are responsible for all activity that happens on or through Your account.

3. Usage of Service

• Sign-up: As a User seeking investments for Your business.
• Eligibility: To be successfully registered as an Investment Seeker on our Platform, you shall have to be an entity set up in accordance with the laws of India.
• Verification: We may verify the details by way of a One-Time-Password shared on the registered mail or through a telephonic confirmation.
• We shall require You to submit all details regarding the business project upon the request of the Investor.
• Validation Services: Validation service is only for investment seekers who want Colwort's expertise to validate their business idea.
• You acknowledge that our Service is only to the extent of connecting the Investment Seeker with an Investor and accept that it is also your responsibility to validate the details of the Investor as an Investment Seeker.
• You acknowledge that as a Platform facilitating the connection between Investment Seekers and Investors, you may use the service only as permitted by law.
• Ownership and Reuse: Subject to these Terms, using the Service Does not give you ownership of any intellectual or other property rights or interests in the services or the contents displayed on the platform you access.

4. Modifying of Service

• We are constantly innovating, changing and improving the Services. We may, without notice, add or remove functionalities or features, create new limits to services
• You can stop using the Services at any time. You may cancel and delete your account at any time here. However, you continue to access the Platform and logging on through your Account constitutes your consent to us collecting data, mentioned within the terms and processing the same.
• We may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account or impose limits on or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services at any time, without notice and for any reason.
